On 2.11.2023, the Call Centre Conference was held in the Clarion Hotel in Prague. This year, the topic was Human work versus artificial intelligence.
The Call Centre Conference organized by ADMEZ at Clarion hotel brought together all those who make up the call center scene in the Czech Republic, both from the perspective of suppliers and operators. Traditionally, there were talks about trends in the industry, working with people or technological innovations.
Same as last year, SentiSquare had a booth at the conference hall, where we presented our No-Code NLP Platform, which can help call centers analyze their calls and evaluate agents but also handle other communication channels like email chats or messages. And as always, you could play a word game with us for fun prizes.
But this was not everything. In addition to the presentation on the main stage, we also conducted a workshop led by SentiSquare CEO, Tomas Brychcin. The topic was more than hot: SentiSquare No-Code NLP vs Generative AI (Chat GPT). At the workshop, we explained the differences between Chat GPT and our No-Code Platform and evaluated where it makes sense to use tailor-made NLP models instead of ready-made ones.
