The project implemented by SentiSquare for E.ON entitled “360° Advanced Customer Communication Analytics at E.ON” was awarded a score of 95% and thus won the WebTop100 competition for the first time in the Artificial Intelligence category.
WebTop100 is a prestigious competition in the field of digital marketing. Artificial Intelligence has become a force to be reckoned with in both marketing and customer communication, and so it has got its own category.
As the guarantor and evaluator of the Artificial Intelligence category, Jan Romportl, praised the “very high quality” of the submitted projects - making us at SentiSquare all the more proud of the award! The jury has rated projects according to the following criteria:

Efficiency for contracting authorities

SentiSquare is a technology company that deals with customer-generated text analysis. As one of the few companies uses artificial intelligence based on principles of distribution semantics, which provides many competitive advantages, such as language independence.
