Two technology companies, IXPERTA and SentiSquare, have entered the new year 2020 in a strategic partnership. IXPERTA has long focused not only on traditional IT topics, invests and focuses on innovation, and has recently decided to expand its portfolio of services to include solutions based on artificial intelligence with machine learning elements.
SentiSquare is engaged in word analysis and processing and focuses on automating communication with customers, so both companies will offer the perfect mix of services. They can offer their clients a comprehensive enterprise solution enriched with artificial intelligence technology.
The number of texts produced by customers is growing rapidly every year. The texts appear across different channels and it is not in the power of companies to process them. Those who can do this thanks to artificial intelligence will gain an edge over others. Without the implementation of artificial intelligence, it will not be possible to catch up with the deficit. "Companies are aware of this and according to a recent study on the implementation of AI in companies in the next 3 years, 100% of companies in the USA, 87% of companies in Europe, 80% of companies contacted in the Czech Republic count on AI," says Stanislav Rejthar, CEO of SentiSquare. SentiSquare is a technology company that deals with customer-generated text analysis. As one of the few companies uses artificial intelligence based on principles of distribution semantics, which provides many competitive advantages, such as language independence. The company was founded in 2014 as a spin-off by team of researchers at the Faculty of Applied Sciences of the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen.
