The UPC Polska THINK BIG: Grow Smarter program has just come to an end. Selected winners were presented at the official gala in Warsaw.

UPC Polska THINK BIG: Grow Smarter is a project supporting innovative solutions based on new technologies. In this year's 6th edition, the winners were selected in three categories:

  1. business: THINK TRANSFORMATION, THINK CUSTOMER

  2. and social: THINK SOCIAL.

The winner in the THINK TRANSFORMATION category was the Edward.AI project, i.e. a virtual assistant supporting B2B sales representatives. In the THINK CUSTOMER category - Quantum CX, which offers a system that detects the smiles of customers and employees. In the THINK SOCIAL category - Leżę i pracuję, which aims to support paralyzed people and people with physical disabilities in their job search. In addition, PKO Bank Polski was awarded in the Digital Transformation category for the most inspirational digital transformation among corporations.

SentiSquare, a start-up from the Czech Republic, was previously selected as one of 3 finalists in the THINK CUSTOMER. The program was created to support companies and innovative brands whose development is based on modern technologies. SentiSquare was recognized for its unique ability to analyze unstructured text data. That makes the Czech NLP start-up a perfect match for the business needs of medium-sized and large enterprises. Amid fast-growing e-commerce and emphasis on universal digitization, analyzing and structuring text data is becoming essential for customer-oriented businesses.

The competition in the THINK CUSTOMER category was strong, and their solutions were very customer-oriented - says Stanislav Rejthar, CEO of SentiSquare. - We are glad that we could participate in UPC's ThinkBig alongside so many great innovation experts. It was an inspiring experience.

The winners received not only financial prizes (PLN 105,000 in total, PLN 35,000 for the winner of each of the three competition categories), but also got a chance for business cooperation with UPC Polska, and all semi-finalists from Poland will be included in the report "TOP 40 Enterprise Tech z Polski. Technologies that change corporations" prepared by The Heart and UPC Polska.
