A telecom giant as little as any company understands the existence of synergy between the corporate business and the start-up environment. An expression of this approach is the acceleration program organized by Orange Polska for promising start-ups from the technological innovation sector.
The program in question is called Orange Fab and is carried out in 14 locations around the world - from Australia through African countries. In Poland, it has been developed since 2014. It is worth noting that the enterprise is also involved in external units: Space3ac and Accelup accelerators, as well as the Poland Prize program.
For the current edition, Orange Fab qualified 9 start-ups having a ready solution in such areas as: customer experience, VR, artificial intelligence, and Internet of Things
For companies participating in the program, Orange Fab is a huge opportunity for further development of their product, and even the transfer of its application to the global ground. The main benefits for companies participating in the program are:
12-week period of the pilot project implementation,
access to business networks of mentors and experts who will share suggestions about the direction of product development,
the possibility of scaling the product in cooperation with foreign entities that are part of Orange Fab,
access to the coworking center, infrastructure, consumer research center and Orange sales network.
Managers and representatives of start-ups are aware of the opportunity they face due to participation in the program.

SentiSquare is a Czech start-up, which thanks to artificial intelligence is revolutionizing the work of customer service departments. The foundation of the product developed by the company from the Czech Republic are algorithms in the area of natural language processing used to support the work of customer service departments, support chat bots or to analyze and classify text data, such as emails. SentiSquare is also known for its automatic feedback analysis, which affects the growth of NPS (net promoter score), an indicator measuring customer loyalty in companies.
Start-up at the beginning of 2019 participated in the acceleration program Poland Prize Space3ac, where he was awarded the prize of 10,000 by the organizers. euro for the effective development of the company. Currently, SentiSquare participates in a 12-week acceleration program under the supervision of mentors and experts from the Orange Group.
SentiSquare is a technology company that deals with customer-generated text analysis. As one of the few companies uses artificial intelligence based on principles of distribution semantics, which provides many competitive advantages, such as language independence. The company was founded in 2014 as a spin-off by team of researchers at the Faculty of Applied Sciences of the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen. SentiSquare currently supplies technology to the contact centers of large companies such as T-Mobile, E.ON or Albert.
