Deloitte points out that artificial intelligence is becoming the number one topic in the business world. SentiSquare’s Natural Language Processing (NLP) AI is also introduced and shown as an instrumental tool for optimizing customer service processes. Without a thorough analysis of customer communications and a laser-focused customer experience operation, companies are doomed to be abandoned by their increasingly fickle customers. SentiSquare artificial intelligence systems come to the rescue.
Thanks to artificial intelligence, we can eliminate some of the most repetitive work of contact centre agents - says Stanislav Rejthar, CEO of SentiSquare. - Algorithms will relieve them of processing huge amounts of data. And they will do it in a quick, accurate and completely safe fashion - which is important as customer experience is imperative now more than ever.
SentiSquare is a technology company that deals with customer-generated text analysis. As one of the few companies uses artificial intelligence based on principles of distribution semantics, which provides many competitive advantages, such as language independence. The company was founded in 2014 as a spin-off by team of researchers at the Faculty of Applied Sciences of the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen. SentiSquare currently supplies technology to the contact centers of large companies such as T-Mobile, E.ON or Albert.
