8 years of SentiSquare, time to celebrate, time to reflect._

On Saturday, SentiSquare turned 8 years. Now, 8 years does not sound a big number, but for us, it is something really big. For a startup that managed to grow over the years and deliver more and more successful projects, this really means something.

But how did we get here? What has happened so far?

A birthday is a perfect occasion to reflect the history and look at where we want to be in the future.

A milestone came in 2017 when we were accepted into E.ON: the agile accelerator. This program opened our eyes to the huge potential of AI to streamline internal company processes and helped us develop customer feedback analytics and communication automation. It also gave us a clear vision of how to move from project to product orientation.

After we realized that there is a huge need for NLP services, we developed our own framework and established a standard core that could be re-used in our projects. During every project, the core system was getting refined and more powerful, and in 2020 we decided that we had reached a point where it made sense to think about the future of our framework.

It did not take long, and the decision was made to develop a complete suite around our framework. A NLP suite, that would allow any business user to build their own NLP models and deploy them for productive use without involving any NLP experts, developers or IT specialists. Empowering business is the target, and our vision was getting very clear.

In a first phase we hardened our core system. It should be bulletproof and provide all necessary functionality for us in our own projects. We have been the test rabbits and we fine-tuned our core, following the principle 'eat your own dog food'.

In addition to fine-tuning our core system, we started in January 2022 to design the user interface for our core-system.

Right now we are in the fine-tuning and testing phase and we are looking forward to having a new baby, the 'No-Code NLP Suite' born soon.

The ultrasound previews look good and the 'No-Code NLP Suite' is developing as expected. We already have a waiting list of partners, who are eager to take the role of godfathers and cannot wait until our new child is born.

Get ready for a big announcement in the beginning of 2023. Later this year you will be able to meet us at 2 conferences and learn about our existing products as well as our new no-code product. We will publish more details soon.
